E-commerce Giant Amazon Launches Search Service |

By Kelly Richardson Career Colleges Columnist Despite an online search market inundated with companies such as Yahoo!, Microsoft, and Google, e-commerce giant Amazon plans on entering the search market, as well. Although the service is in test mode, the new online search package will definitely improve worldwide sales. After having conquered online sales of viewing and listening media, Amazon developers have set their sights on much bigger game. Amazon is creating their own version of an online search portal that rivals existing search companies. Their newest package of online search tools includes a downloadable tool bar that allows users to search the entire web as well as the Amazon site.
