The culinary arts industry in the United States is growing at an unprecedented pace. Graduates will be prepared to assume entry-level positions as prep cooks, line cooks, assistant food service managers, and assistant restaurant managers. Graduates of the Culinary Arts/Restaurant Management program will earn an Associate in Specialized Business Degree. York Technical Institute's Culinary Arts/Restaurant Management, Pastry Arts and Catering Programs are located at YTI's Lancaster branch campus, in the culinary division called, L' École de Cuisine, located just off Rte. 30, at 3050 Hempland Rd., Lancaster.
